Providers Configuration
Overview
The Providers Configuration page allows you to enable or disable notification providers and configure their settings. Each provider has specific options that need to be set up once enabled.

💬 Comment Notifications
Enable comment notifications to have SyncNow automatically write a comment to the originating source system when a notification condition (such as an error or warning) occurs. This ensures that users are immediately informed of issues directly within their work system.

📧 Email Notifications
Email notifications allow SyncNow to send emails to recipients defined in the notifications settings page. To configure email notifications, set the following parameters:
- Use SSL: Enable to encrypt SMTP communication with TLS.
- SMTP Host Name: The host name of the SMTP server used for sending emails.
- SMTP Port: The port of the SMTP server.
- Username/Password: Enter credentials if the SMTP server requires authentication. Leave empty if not required.
- Sender Email: The email address that will appear as the sender.
- Time for Waiting an Email to be Sent: Timeout period for the SMTP server to respond when sending an email.
After configuring these settings, use the Verify Connection button to ensure the email provider is set up correctly.

Tip:
Use both comment and email notifications for maximum visibility and faster response to synchronization issues.
